Before it is sealed, you receive a video of the very piece in your box — stones, clasp, finish.

It ships insured
Dispatched within 48 hours for Ready-to-Ship pieces. Tracking follows the same evening.

Twelve months of care
Plating restored free. Loosened stones re-set free. WhatsApp a photo; it is handled.

Exchange, unhurried
If a piece isn’t right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it. We don’t offer refunds on delivered pieces, because each one is held in small numbers; we do make exceptions for pieces damaged in transit or not as verified on video. Read the full policy.
No discounts, ever
You will never see a percentage off at Asharfian. Value is added, not shaved: a matching tikka on launch orders, trousseau courtesy on three sets or more, festival gift-wrap. A piece meant to be kept should not be priced like one meant to be cleared.
